  1.  We have a “Free to Access” policy.  We do not charge money for any publications. We do not charge money for access to any content on our website.
  2. By using this website, you ACCEPT and AGREE to our Terms of Use.
  3. Any submissions made to be published on this website shall be original, unpublished and the person willing to send articles for publishing on our website shall be the first and legal owner of that article.  Kindly refer to our Submission Guidelines for more details.
  4. Any articles, comments and contributions made by the Author for Lex Insight Quarterly will be fully owned by Lex Insight after the publication of the concerned articles/comments. Incase of resharing the same article elsewhere, author must take an written permission from the editorial board.
  5. Lex Insight will take no liability arising out of anything published in the Lex Insight Quarterly. This bi-annual publication is solely for educational purposes and involves no monetary benefits.
  6. When a post is submitted for consideration for publication, it is deemed to be noted that the Author(s) has agreed to transfer all rights exclusively to Lex Insight including that of content and copyright.
  7. Lex Insight may from time to time publish an E-Book which may be sold for educational purposes. Such publication of E-Book will be solely at the discretion of Lex Insight. Due credits of author and their content will be shared in the E-Book, however Lex Insight will not hold any liability for publishing any such article submitted by author. If any objections are to be raised, the author has to necessarily write an email raising his/her concern. All rights of the E-Book when published shall remain with Lex Insight and Lex Insight is not bound to share any proceedings received thereby.
  8. Any person involved in working with Lex Insight is not an employee of Lex Insight. The said work carried out is pro bono and for educational purposes. Lex Insight shall bear no responsibility, liability arising from its Editors, Editor-in-chief, Senior Editors, Student Editors, Assistant Editors and Associate Editors.
  9. By submitting an article for publication, the owner agrees to grant us irrevocable right to edit, modify, publish, reproduce, republish the article. The Editor of our website can also request the  “Owner” of such article sent for publication to make changes or edits to match our submission policies.
  10. Once the post is published, the same shall not be taken down in any circumstances. Incase the same has been published elsewhere, the Author so concerned may request the Editorial Board via. email to add a “Cross Post” note at the end of such article published. Lex Insight bears no responsibility for the same.
  11. After publication, due credits will be given to the Original Author of the article and such author is free to share the same for academic purposes.
  12. Use of Images: Any images part of our website are solely for educational purposes only. None of the posts are monetized and use of such images, if any on our website does not result into any unwarranted remuneration. Incase, we have used your image and you would like us to remove, please write to us via. email alongwith the link of concerned post/web page of our website. Such copyright requests, if any shall be dealt with utmost priority.
  13. We respect every Copyright or ownership of graphics and we try to use Open source images for educational representation. In any aspect if you feel we have misused your work, please email us with the concern and we shall revert with priority.

Liability: The person sending the articles for publication on our website shall agree to give exclusive rights and ownership over that article, any liability arising out of that article shall be duly indemnified by the “Owner” i.e original person who has written the article. Lex Insight bears no liability for submission of such email ids by so concerned.
  20. Editorial Board of Lex Insight shall take all decisions with respect to any aspect of this website.
  21. Preview image used on every post are the sole property of the owner, Lex Insight does not hold any rights over the same. We ensure that images used for representational purposes are copyright free. Incase, we have used your image and you would like to bring it down, kindly contact us.
  22. Any competitions, giveaways hosted on Lex Insight or its affiliated platforms are solely for educational purposes. Decision of the Editorial Board or the incharge shall be fine. All the winners, if any, shall be directly contacted via.email/call. Lex Insight bears no responsibility to show proof of the same, liability is limited only to display of names of the winners.
  23. Any prizes part of the competition shall be dispatched, sent in a maximum duration of 60 days from the date of announcement of winner. Incase, the winner fails to respond to email/call after being notified within period of 5 days, he/she shall be disqualified or gratified subject to the discretion of Lex Insight
  24. Under any circumstances, Lex Insight or its affiliates are not liable to disclose any information about costs incurred or its tentative to anybody seeking so, via. any medium. The concerned person hereby has a discretion to opt out of such competitions, if he/she feels any kind of lack of transparency. This extends to regular costs of running the website, allied competitions and everything else related to our website, not exhaustive in nature.
